Based on principles described in the book, psychobiophysical consulting is a short-term program where we will review the major areas of your life, assess an imbalance of forces, and suggest possible changes in activities and relationships for long-term success.
It is a mind-body and social theory. Typical areas of improvement may therefore be related to balancing social forces, exercise and physical fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, etc. Life and career choices will also be evaluated.
