Based on principles of psychobiophysics described in the book and experience working with students in a mindfulness lab at Harvard, this is a short-term consulting program designed to offer strategies and knowledge for personal enhancement, as well as other aspects of life and career success. We will review the major areas of your life and assess any imbalances of forces and areas of needed improvement. Possible changes and techniques for long-term success will be suggested. As it is a mind body and social approach, we will utilize psychobiophysical/mindfulness cognitive and practical methods such as exercise and physical fitness, novel mindfulness meditation, nutrition, making social changes, etc. to achieve goals and balance social forces.
The program can be used to supplement or guide traditional counseling psychology. It is available online. Weekly or bi-weekly is suggested.
